Shipping is free with no minimum order for all shipments to a Point Relais or Mondial Relay locker in mainland France. This choice allows us to guarantee a stable rate and a reduced carbon footprint for the transport of your collectibles.

To ensure total transparency, every order is filmed during the preparation and packaging phase. This video proof confirms the sealed condition of the products and the integrity of the packaging before it is handed over to the carrier.

In accordance with regulations on collectibles and sealed products, any item whose original packaging has been opened, punctured, or altered cannot be returned. Returns of intact products (within 14 days) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Use of Takemat services (web and vending machines) implies full acceptance of these general terms of use.
